Happy Loppers is a hands-on conservation programme that supports and enables people with learning disabilities to contribute to the conservation of the Forest.

We meet every Friday and undertake practical habitat management work in Epping Forest. Most recently, the Happy Loppers have been working close to Fairmead Road, opening up the Forest by clearing excessive holly growth to encourage a wider range of ground flora to grow.

If you know someone or a group of people who might like to get involved with Happy Loppers, please email us at admin@efht.org.uk
