This is in relation to the planning application EPF/0626/25: demolition of existing buildings and structures, and redevelopment of site for storage or distribution purposes, with associated parking, servicing, access arrangements, landscaping and other associated works.
This application was approved by EFDC’s planning committee in June 2026.
